DISC Profiling

The DISC model has been around for many years and is a tried and tested team profiling tool.

It takes minutes to take the test and produces a full individual report for the participant, plus team or leadership reports where required.

DISC is not designed to judge or label you or your team. It simply reveals your own preferences. It is based on your work life and your behaviours at work.
